About Me
Greetings, fellow endurance seeker!

My name is Lukas, and I'm the passionate mind behind this blog, dedicated to exploring the world of endurance sports and breathwork techniques.

While I'm not a seasoned pro, I'm a lifelong learner and eager to share my discoveries with you.
My athletic journey has taken me through a diverse range of pursuits, including strength training, boxing, kickboxing, running, yoga, kayaking, and MovNat, the art of natural movement.

But it was trail running that truly ignited my passion, leading me to relocate to the mountains of Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany, to fully embrace this exhilarating sport.

In addition to my love for sports, I am also interested in health and wellness, which led me to study sports management.

Since then, I have worked for a start-up company that promotes techniques like cold exposure, meditation, the Wim Hof method, and oxygen advantage breathing.

Now, I live in the mountains in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, where I spend much of my time running, training, reading, and in the winter, taking ice baths (also I work in online marketing to enjoy the privilege of living where I want).

Join me on this journey as we delve into the fascinating world of endurance sports, breathing techniques, and a lot more stuff.
P.S. I really love books, any recommendations are welcome!

P.P.S: I m starting a newsletter, be one of the first to join for weekly or monthly updates on all thing’s endurance sport, supplements, breathing methods and other stuff.
